To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and name. We cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior contact.

Returns & Exchanges Due to Our Error
If an item arrives damaged, soiled, or different from what was ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us promptly upon receipt. Except in cases of defective merchandise, returns will not be accepted. Return shipping for defective items is covered by us — please send items back cash-on-delivery. We will process replacements or refunds as quickly as possible. Please note that if a replacement item is out of stock, we may need to cancel the order instead. We will notify you in advance.
Returns & Exchanges Due to Customer Preference
If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (e.g., different from expectations), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
