[Returns & Exchanges]
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior contact. After hearing from you, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
[Returns & Exchanges Due to Our Error]
While we take every care to ensure product quality, we will accept returns and exchanges if an item arrives damaged, soiled, or different from what was ordered. Please contact us promptly upon receipt. Please note that returns will not be accepted unless the item is defective.
For defective items, return shipping is covered by us — please send the item back cash-on-delivery. We will process your return or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that if a replacement item is out of stock, we may need to cancel the order instead. We will notify you in advance.

For returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons (e.g., different from expectations), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please return items in their original condition, including all tags, bags, and accessories. Items purchased as a set must be returned together.
