[Delivery]
Orders ship within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day after your order.
For made-to-order items, dispatch timing is listed on each product page.
After dispatch, we email you a shipping notification and tracking number.
Additional costs: shipping fees and bank transfer fees apply in addition to the product price.

■ International Shipping ② (Region: Shipping fee + carrier surcharge)
・China, Hong Kong: ¥8,000
・South Korea, Taiwan: ¥8,000

*For international orders, customs duties and handling fees are the customer's responsibility. AKIKOAOKI cannot assist with customs payments; please handle them yourself.

[Import Duties & Taxes (for international customers)]
For South Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, orders are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and import taxes are included in your payment at checkout, and no additional charges arise on delivery. For all other countries and regions, orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility, and the customs authority or carrier may bill you directly. If the duties are not paid, or you do not respond to the customs authority or carrier within the storage period, your package will be returned to Japan or destroyed by local customs. The round-trip shipping, duties, and handling fees incurred are the customer's responsibility; if the item is returned to us we refund your payment minus these costs, and if it is destroyed and not returned, no refund can be issued. Please enter your address, phone number, and email correctly, and always respond to any contact from customs or the carrier before the deadline.
